Title of Iceman’s thread: Alabama mall banned Moore in the 80’s for pursuing teens.

Then “ Some were not sure whether an actual ban existed” :1orglaugh

The only motherfuckers he needs to worry about irking are the voters of Alabama.

Not a bunch of revenge seeking, Soros funded chubby chasers.

Be careful what you wish for, it might come true!
In The book Rules For Radicals it says to blame the Opposition for the things you have done and are doing.

Will I imagine you're aware that that gambit has been used under all manner of circumstance by all manner of people for millennia.
It didn't originate with "Rules for Radicals" LOL

Gloria Allred isn’t helping in the credibility department.

That's a fact.

No, but in the introduction, Alinsky gives credit where credit is due.

It's called an epigraph.
And is one of three on that page.

If you've actually read the book you'll have noted that far FAR from being a satanist he also characterizes early Christians as revolutionaries, and states....

'Believing in people, the radical has the job of organizing them so that they will have the power and opportunity to best meet each unforeseeable future crisis as they move ahead in their eternal search for those values of equality, justice, freedom, peace, a deep concern for the preciousness of human life, and all those rights and values propounded by Judaeo-Christianity and the democratic political tradition. Democracy is not an end but the best means toward achieving these values. This is my credo for which I live and, if need be, die.'

A microcosm within a credo. It is merely an attempt to mainstream an outrageous philosophy that seeks to tear down a society and rebuild it. Heaping a little praise from the start opens the door for some to entertain his twisted ideology.

Which would I suppose explain why Dick Armey, Jame's O'Kweef and a slew of Tea Partiers praised the book and adopted many of its tenets.

Citation please.

You really aren’t helping your argument with digging up Dick Armey.

Moore's going down in flames, he's got the right motherfuckers irked enough this time.

A lot of conservatives are still routing for Roy Morre : Fox News claims that the story is fake news and that the Washington Post cannot be trusted 'cause they are liberals.
Breitbart, Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, Alex Jones, etc. And Tomi Lahren has remained silent about it, not a single Final Thought, not a single tweet, nothing at all...

I am “routing” for Moore as well. There is not one scintilla of proof that he did any of these things and has lead an otherwise exemplary life. He ran for almost every office in Alabama and did so while standing on his religious soapbox and nothing ever was mentioned about his transgressions before. This is simply the national wing of the Democrat party joined with establishment GOP that don’t want him in DC to upset the swamp and applecart.

McConnell couldn’t defeat him even with throwing millions behind Luther Strange and Mitch knows Moore will not lick his boots when he gets there.

If a mere accusation can be grounds for Moore to step down then Juanita Broaddrick et al should bring Bill Clinton to heel.

Bring it motherfuckers.

I knew what it was called, professor, but for the audience at large (whatever that may be), I used the common tongue (D&D reference).

Whatever, it may as well be ipecac, as in that leftist garbage makes me wanna vomit.

Conservative talk radio host Sean Hannity asked Moore Friday on his show whether Moore would have dated teenagers when he was in his 30s.
"No, not generally," said Moore, who also said he always asked the permission of a girl's mother before dating her.
------------
A former prosecutor who once worked alongside embattled Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore in the early 1980s told CNN it was "common knowledge" at the time that Moore dated high school girls.

"It was common knowledge that Roy dated high school girls, everyone we knew thought it was weird," former deputy district attorney Teresa Jones told CNN in comments aired Saturday. "We wondered why someone his age would hang out at high school football games and the mall ... but you really wouldn't say anything to someone like that."

James O’Keefe, the activist and filmmaker who posed as a pimp for an expose of several ACORN offices in the Northeast, told the New York Post earlier this week] that he, too, had been inspired by “Rules for Radicals,” which includes such tactical lessons as “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon” and “Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.” - politico

After Obama took office in 2009, even as the Tea Party and conservatives like Beck attacked Obama for being an Alinsky-ite and a “socialist,” they began recommending Alinsky’s books as training tools for building a rightwing movement. Freedom Works, a corporate-funded conservative group started by former Republican congressman Dick Armey, has used Rules for Radicals as a primer for its training of Tea Party activists. One Tea Party leader explained, “Alinsky’s book is important because there really is no equivalent book for conservatives. There’s no ‘Rules for Counter-Radicals.’”

Teresa D. Jones : Registered Democrat

Civil Rights attorney.

BTW a teen girl can be 17, 18 or 19. At age 32, a girl that age wouldn’t necessarily be robbing the cradle.

As I said, there is very little to prove Moore did anything untoward besides conjecture and hearsay.

Your defense of Rules For Radicals is quite telling. Much like a general may admire his counterpart’s tactics if they are successful, it does not mean that they admire their objective or end result.

Oh that's right, I forgot that a registered democrat (and particularly a civil rights attorney) is characterologically incapable of telling the truth lol

As I said, there is very little to prove Moore did anything untoward besides conjecture and hearsay.

So your position has changed. Previously you said "not a scintilla".
Perhaps Moore's own words provoked this alteration?

btw, though it might sound like it I don't harbor a fixed opinion on Moore. On the one hand he seems to be doing a pretty good job of incriminating himself. And the Bible beaters who have used religious examples to defend him are reprehensible. On the other hand the timing of this stinks, and as noted above I agree that whenever Gloria Alred is involved her client's credibility, by association, takes an immediate hit.

Your defense of Rules For Radicals is quite telling. Much like a general may admire his counterpart’s tactics if they are successful, it does not mean that they admire their objective or end result.

? I'm not defending it. I'm just not buying the bs that it's either a) satanic somehow or b) that the right hasn't employed the same tactics.

You really think Doug Jones s going to win? No chance. Despite the fact that Moore is totally blowing this thing the Democrats will find a way to screw this up...because they're Democrats lol. Frankly there's no difference between Jones and Moore. Jones is running as Republican lite. Give the voter a choice between Republican and Republican lite, they'll take full Republican

How cute, Hannity gave Moore an ultimatum last night. Rest easy, "Good Christians of Alabama", y'all can still elect your favorite pedophile.

They are capable, under sworn testimony. BTW where are the sworn statements from all of Moore’s accusers?

So your position has changed. Previously you said "not a scintilla".

No, I said not a scintilla of evidence within very few accusations. Over 40 plus years there should be far more accusations than 4 or 5. Pedophiles do not take 40 year breaks between their offenses.
