Dude, I don´t try to answer the pile of BS you just wrote. If you would actually start using this oddly shaped thing that´s mounted betwen your ears, you´d realise, that copying software WILL kill the market and that in a couple of years we´re all in the lucky positon to play either Tomb Raider 25 or Warcraft 63 and nothing more.
I happen to work in a company that´s making computer games and trust me, there are no millions of Dollars on our bank account and we´re all struggling and working our asses off (16 hours a day, / days a week in beta) to survive, just to see some ignorant tossers throwing our products into a CD burner and merrily distribute them amongst their friends. And on top of that, there are people like you who´re even trying to justify that. Get a life.

well.. believe it or not, I am working there.

and I am angry because I think I have a right to. if you were in my position, you´d think similar, I`m sure.
sorry of my reply to you was a bit harsh, ofc you have your pov and that´s fine. still, what´s really driving me mad is the fact, that people like the guy in the first post don´t seem to realise the value of and work that´s going into a computergame. I mean.. the sheer fact that this guy is coming to a *public* forum, posting "hey, and btw does anybody have a link to a copy of XY?" shows, that there is absolutely no concience about what software actually is.
