Most annoying pop-ups

What is your guys least favorite pop up ads?
we know everyone hates the "ninja" cameras and the penis enlargement ones but the ones that get my goat are the ones that look like some kind of chat service...or even worse the ones that have another windows type box inside where the x is actually part of the link.

I use Google Toolbar BETA that has a popup blocker installed.
